The airport is a hub for Air Canada. Its IATA Airport Code is YUL.
As of January 1, 2004, the airport will be renamed Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (Aéroport international Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau de Montréal) in honour of former Canadian Prime Minister, the late Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau.
Montréal Dorval International Airport has an satellite building that is devided into two sections (the Aeroquay) and two concourses (called jetties).
